We can help you launch & win

One domain, one inbox, one pipeline — set up once, then the system runs weekly on its own. Build it component by component. We've made each step simple enough to finish in an afternoon.

The System

How the whole thing fits together.

① Cold Email
Automated outreach to fresh leads every week
② Your Website
Free tools that make them raise their hand
Leads
Land in your inbox + sheet
Booked calls
You reply, you close
Runs weekly on its own — your job is the last arrow.
In plain words

Picture a machine with four parts. Cold Email taps strangers on the shoulder. Your Website gives them a free tool so good they put up their hand. That hand-raise becomes a Lead in your inbox. You reply and it turns into a booked call. The first three parts run by themselves every week — the only part that needs you is the last one: replying.

Your Kit

Three components, set up in order. More get added over time.

The outreach engine

Seven stops over about 21 days gets you live. After that the system sends on its own — you just answer the replies it brings in.

Setup · 7 Stops

Your road to launch — 7 stops, ~21 days.

Buy a "lookalike" web address

Buy a cheap .com that looks like your real site — if your site is tanproperty.sg, send your cold emails from tan-property.com.

Why it matters: cold emailing is a little risky for a domain's reputation. If an inbox ever gets flagged, you want that to hit a spare address — never your real business site. This keeps your main name clean forever.
~US$10 / year2–4 weeks before launch

Make a proper email inbox

Set up a real, named inbox on that new address — like jasmine@tan-property.com — using Google Workspace.

Why it matters: emails from a free @gmail.com address look like spam to filters and to people. A named inbox on your own domain looks like a real human — and humans get replies.
~US$7 / month

Turn on email "ID checks" (SPF · DKIM · DMARC)

Add three small settings to your domain. Google's setup wizard gives you the exact text to paste — your Claude can walk you through it.

Why it matters: think of these as your email's passport. They prove your emails are really from you. Without them, Gmail and Outlook quietly bin most of what you send before anyone sees it. This is the #1 reason cold email silently fails.
~15 minutes, once

Get your website live

Set up your branded site — that's component ② (the Website tab). Then ops puts it online for you.

Why it matters: your emails don't sell — they invite people to a free tool. That tool lives on your site. No site = nowhere for an interested person to land, and nothing to make them raise their hand.

Switch on "warmup" for 14 days

Connect your inbox to Instantly and turn on warmup. It quietly sends friendly test emails back and forth in the background.

Why it matters: a brand-new inbox that suddenly blasts 30 emails looks like a spammer and gets blocked. Warmup makes email providers trust you first, like slowly turning up the volume instead of shouting on day one.

Send Farhan one secret code (API key)

Copy a single key from Instantly and send it to Farhan privately — never in a group chat.

Why it matters: this lets the central system load your fresh leads and pull your numbers automatically every week, so you never touch a spreadsheet. The key can only run Instantly — it cannot read your Gmail, and you can switch it off anytime.

Wait for the green light, then launch

Let warmup finish until your score reaches 90%+. Then you go live and the system starts sending.

Why it matters: patience here = inboxes later. Launch too early and your emails land in spam where nobody reads them. This wait is the difference between a 1% reply rate and zero.

Why a "key" at all

You give the central system one secret key so it can drive your Instantly account for you — loading fresh leads every Monday and reading your numbers every Friday. That's how you get all the benefits of the team machine without touching a spreadsheet. The key only works on Instantly; it can never see your Gmail, and you can switch it off whenever you like.

Security: the key can send through your Instantly account — that's why it works, and why it lives only in Farhan's roster. It cannot read your Gmail. Revoke + reissue anytime.

Your Week

After launch, replies are the whole job.

What this means for you

Once you're live, the machine does the sending. Your week becomes a simple loop: leads arrive Monday, the system emails them all week, and you only step in when someone replies. Answer fast, be human, and offer the call. That's the entire job — everything else is automatic.

Pick Your Pipeline

Pick one, go deep.

Why just one

A "pipeline" is just which type of person you email — for example HDB upgraders, or business owners. Pick one and stick with it. When all your emails speak to the same kind of person, your words get sharper and more people reply. Spreading across many types makes every message weaker. You can always switch later — just tell Farhan and next Monday's leads change to match.

Compliance

Singapore law + CEA — the non-negotiables.

Why these rules

You're a licensed agent, so your marketing has to follow the law. The short version: always let people opt out, always say who you really are, and stop emailing anyone who asks — the same day. Following these keeps you safe, keeps the whole team's email reputation healthy, and is simply the honest way to do it.

  • Opt-out line in every email — never remove it
  • Real identity + SG phone in every signature
  • DNC honoured same day (the Act allows 10 business days — we do better)
  • CEA reg + agency licence on every site page
  • Lead CSVs are personal data — private, never shared
Launch Ready

You're ready when all six are true.

  • Domain aged 2+ weeks
  • SPF / DKIM / DMARC green
  • Warmup ≥ 90% after 14 days
  • Site live, deep links working
  • API key with Farhan
  • 3 practice reply drafts done

Same tools, your brand

This is where your cold-email clicks land. The calculators and data tools are identical to Farhan's — that's the point. Only the look and your details change, and your own Claude does the work.

What You Get

Your own lead-magnet site — the proven engine, in your colours.

What's on it: Distress Radar · Condo X-Ray · HDB Upgrade Check · Rental Yield · New Launches · the full calculator Toolkit · plus trimmed trust pages. Leads land in your inbox, never anyone else's.

"I changed one colour and answered a few questions. My Claude did the rest — it looked like my own site by lunch."

A
How it feelsNo code. No designer. Just answers.
Five Steps

Your Claude does the work — five steps.

Get your folder

Farhan sends you the site-template folder. Save it somewhere on your computer.

Why it matters: this folder is your whole website — the exact same proven tools Farhan uses. You're not building anything from scratch; you're just personalising a winner.

Open it in Claude

In Cowork, point Claude at the folder and say "set up my site".

Why it matters: Claude is your designer and developer rolled into one. You don't write a single line of code — you just chat. This is exactly why someone who's never touched tech can finish in an afternoon.

Answer a few design questions

Tell Claude your colour and font (or upload a look you like), and give your name, photo, CEA number, phone and Calendly link.

Why it matters: this is what makes the site yours instead of a copy. Same powerful tools underneath, your face and brand on top — so prospects trust you, not a stranger. Claude only changes your colours and your details; the tools themselves never change, so nothing can break.

Hand it back to go live

Send the finished folder to Farhan/ops. We put it online (domain + hosting) for you.

Why it matters: making a site "live" is the one fiddly tech bit that trips people up. We do it for you so you never get stuck — you stay focused on talking to clients.

Check it on your phone

Open your live site on your phone, run each tool, and tap the WhatsApp and booking buttons.

Why it matters: 9 out of 10 prospects look on their phone. A 2-minute check makes sure a lead can actually reach you — a single broken button is a lost client.

Program FAQ

Unlock the key details about your launch through a curated list of common questions.

About three weeks. Setup is one focused afternoon; then a 14-day inbox warmup runs in the background before your first real send.
No. Your Claude sets up your website by asking you questions. For cold email you follow a checklist. Nothing here requires writing code.
Around S$105–120 all-in: sending domain, Google Workspace, Instantly, and Claude Pro. Leads are covered centrally. One closed deal pays for years of it.
Only to you. Every form on your site posts to your own Google Sheet and emails you an alert. Nothing routes through anyone else.
Yes — that's the whole design step. You pick a colour and font (or upload a reference) and Claude themes your whole site. The tools keep working because their code is never touched.
You can switch. Tell Farhan and next Monday's lead pull matches your new pick. Start with one and go deep before changing.
Yes, with rules: an opt-out line in every email, real sender identity, and honouring opt-outs (we do it same-day). The kit builds all of this in.
Farhan/ops handle your first deploy — domain and hosting. You prepare the branded folder; we put it live. No DNS wrestling on your own.
It lets the central system run your Instantly campaign and pull your stats. It cannot read your Gmail, lives only in the offline roster, and you can revoke it anytime.
Ramp from 10/day to a 30/day cap, weekdays only. More volume burns your domain — discipline beats blasting, every time.
Answer replies within four hours (Claude drafts, you send), offer the booking link by the second exchange, and drop your calls-booked count each Friday. That's it.
Reply "Done.", add them to the do-not-contact list the same day, and tell Farhan. Never argue. It protects the whole team's domains.
